I’ve been using MyFitnessPal off and on for a few years now. It tracks everything. Caloric intake, calories burned, and steps taken are just a few of things covered. With a handy UPC scanner, and a huge database of user entries, it’s super easy to track your food intake during a day to make sure you’re staying on track. Add in the myriad of other apps that MyFitnessPal can pull info from, and you’ve got a powerful app that will help you stay motivated and moving.
